Introduction: Leila has more than 20 years of experience in banking business covering structured finance, private equity, corporates, financial institutions, public finance and risk & restructuring work. She holds a master degree in law and was selected for a comprehensive qualification training at an Austrian bank with international focus. Leila was member of several Advisory Commitees, worked on a fiduciary basis for the Republic of Austria especially in Emerging Markets with focus on development cooperation and has an outstanding track record in managing international projects and networking with the financing community. Leila also teaches at the university of applied sciences focusing on Corporate finance and sustainability to pass on practical knowledge to students.
